We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as a key point of contact for our insurance clients. In this role, you’ll assist with policy servicing, claims support, and day-to-day client communication. You’ll also have the opportunity to identify additional coverage needs from within our existing client base—providing well-rounded protection and peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care
- Assist with policy updates, changes, billing questions, and claims-related follow-up
- Maintain accurate records and ensure client information is kept up to date
- Identify opportunities to improve client protection by offering additional coverage options
- Work closely with licensed team members to ensure a seamless and supportive client experience
- Expand into additional sales support duties over time, based on performance and interest
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A customer-first mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred (insurance background a plus)
- Willingness to engage in product conversations and identify client needs with confidence
Licensing Requirements:
This role requires active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
If you're not currently licensed, you must be willing and able to obtain them within a specified timeframe.
Licensing assistance may be provided to qualified candidates. Employment is contingent upon obtaining the required licenses.
