Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions and policy service needs in a proactive manner.
- Identify additional opportunities for customers using a needs-based approach.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers with understanding and concern.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Positive energy, upbeat personality, optimism and enthusiastic personality.
- Quick learners who are able to understand and implement our systems and processes to help customers.

About Our Agency
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Canal Winchester, just minutes away from Downtown.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2014.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive.
- Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Senior Vice President's Club
