Responsibilities
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. State Farm agents' employees must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their employees. Compensation: $32,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Cross sell and upsell to earn more money
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Property and Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health License (must be able to obtain)
- BI-Lingual Spanish is a plus
