- Provide excellent, prompt, and friendly service to existing and prospective customers
- Build and maintain customer relationships; follow up as needed
- Educate customers about insurance options through needs-based reviews
- Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, claims, billing, and more
- Conduct insurance and financial service reviews to ensure proper coverage
