We are seeking a Commercial Credit Analyst for a full-time, on-site position based in Albuquerque, NM. The Commercial Credit Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, assessing creditworthiness, preparing credit reports, and making recommendations on loan applications. This role will also monitor and evaluate existing credit relationships and assist with managing credit risk. Additional tasks include collaborating with team members, maintaining compliance with credit policies, and providing support in financial decision-making processes.
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and assess credit risk.
- Proficiency in credit analysis, financial statement analysis, and credit risk assessment.
- Experience in preparing credit reports and making informed financial recommendations.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with banking or financial institutions, with knowledge of commercial lending practices and policies being a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant industry experience.
