State Fund’s Human Resources Department is seeking a collaborative, relationship-focused professional to join the Leadership Transformation Team.
This position serves as the Emerging Leader Program (ELP) Manager and is responsible for leading one of State Fund’s flagship leadership development programs while supporting broader leadership and talent development initiatives across the organization.
The successful candidate will partner with executives, business leaders, mentors, alumni, supervisors, and participants to deliver an exceptional leadership development experience. This position requires someone who excels at building trusted relationships, facilitating learning, leading complex projects, and influencing outcomes through collaboration rather than positional authority.

- Coordinate participant recruitment, selection, onboarding, developmental experiences, rotational assignments, mentoring activities,executive engagement,
- Partner with executives, senior leaders, mentors, alumni, supervisors, HR Business Partners, to ensure a high-quality participant experience.
- Monitor participant progress and provide coaching, guidance, and developmental support throughout the program.
