Position Summary & Responsibilities

Position Summary:  Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a motivated Licensing Support Specialist to join our Licensing Department. This is a great opportunity to grow your career while contributing to an important part of our agency’s mission.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the team by accurately processing licensure documentation and maintaining up-to-date licensing accounts. You’ll also help keep daily operations running smoothly by logging and sorting incoming mail.

 

Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:  

  • Review and evaluate applications to ensure compliance with procedural and regulatory standards; 
  • Provide friendly, professional assistance to callers and walk-in visitors; 
  • Process and manage licensure documentation with accuracy and efficiency; 
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date licensing records. 

Qualifications

  • Education:  Highschool Graduate or Equivalent 

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • One year of experience in general office, clerical and administrative support work. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
