Qualifications
- Expertise in Finance, including credit analysis, financial statement evaluation, and loan structuring
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Underwriting and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies
- Portfolio Management skills, capable of managing and growing a diverse client portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field required
- Previous experience in commercial lending within the banking or financial services industry preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
