Job Title: Janitorial/Packaging Specialist

Job Overview: As a Janitorial/Packaging Specialist at State 24 Holdings, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized work environment while also contributing to the packaging and labeling process of our cannabis products. Your attention to detail and adherence to cleanliness standards will directly impact the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform janitorial duties to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the production facility, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disposing of waste.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of packaging and labeling areas.
• Assist in packaging and labeling cannabis products according to company standards and regulations.
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the facility manager.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to cannabis manufacturing and safety.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of packaging processes and equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of cannabis products, regulations, and industry standards is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a detail-oriented and repetitive task environment.
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cannabis manufacturing or related industries.
• Experience in using packaging machinery and equipment.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

Reporting Structure: The Janitorial/Packaging Specialist will report directly to the Facility

Manager.
