Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Assist with janitorial and custodial duties to ensure facilities are clean and safe for use.
- Support maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and address any cleaning or maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of floor care methods, including buffing and polishing surfaces.
- Experience in facilities maintenance is beneficial for this role.
