Qualifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current state license to practice as a professional nurse in the state of Louisiana
- Home Health experience with strong understanding of regulatory requirements
- Direct patient care service leadership experience
Job Duties:
- Review Coordination Notes
- Handle DME Orders
- Take Orders
- Labs and Lab tracking
- Answer phones and Clinical questions from patients and Staff
- Maintaining Supply Inventory
- Scheduling visits for clinicians
