The Verizon Crew Member will promote core Verizon telecommunications products and services to our customers through friendly, in-person sales conversations, keeping the message simple, the value clear, and the conversation fun.
As a Verizon Crew Member, you’ll help our customers make confident decisions about the services that keep them connected every day. You’ll learn what customers value in person, introduce Verizon, and turn everyday questions into useful sales conversations. The Verizon Crew Member focuses on relevance rather than pressure, helping customers understand their choices before moving forward.
Responsibilities of the Verizon Crew Member
- Start in-person sales interactions by learning what our customers expect from their Verizon services.
- Present Verizon options around everyday needs such as staying connected, communicating, managing accounts, and accessing essential services in person.
- Clarify service choices, pricing, and available offers in person so customers can make informed decisions without unnecessary complexity.
- Develop new sales opportunities by recognizing customer interest and creating relevant opportunities for additional or new Verizon services.
- Assist customers with account updates, service selections, and other routine steps required to complete a sales transaction.
- Record customer preferences, account information, and transaction details accurately to support reliable follow-through.
Qualifications of the Verizon Crew Member
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Passionate about customer service, telecommunications, or sales is a plus.
- Detail-oriented habits that track interactions and keep sales progress on track.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
