Schedule: Hours fall between Monday - Friday, 4-8:30 PM
STARZ Gymnastics Academy is hiring a Part-Time Competitive Gymnastics Coach to help lead and support our competitive athletes in a positive, disciplined, and high-standard environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coach competitive gymnasts with energy, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Teach proper technique, form, and safety habits
- Help athletes build confidence, consistency, and strong fundamentals
- Maintain working knowledge of USAG rules, requirements, and deductions
- Safely and effectively manage groups of athletes in a structured training environment
- Communicate clearly and professionally with parents regarding athlete progress, scheduling, and related updates
- Stay current on USAG certifications, rules, and expectations
- Support a positive, team-first environment for athletes, families, and staff
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience coaching competitive gymnastics
- Knowledge of the USAG Xcel and/or Optional programs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to instruct, motivate, and connect with athletes
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to adapt coaching methods for different learning styles and athlete needs
- Dependability, professionalism, and readiness to show up on time and prepared
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current USA Gymnastics Safe Sport Certification and Professional Membership, or willingness to obtain them
