Responsibilities:
- As a Team Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding gymnasts of all ages and skill levels
- Instruct gymnasts on proper techniques, form, and safety measures
- Maintain detailed knowledge of USAG rules, deductions, etc.
- Safely and effectively manage large groups of athletes,
- Communicating effectively with parents regarding skill progress, scheduling, etc.
- Staying up to date on USAG certifications and rules/requirements.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the USAG optional and/or Xcel programs
- Experience coaching competitive gymnastics
- Current USA Gymnastics Safe Sport Certification and Professional Membership or willingness to obtain
- High school graduate or equivalent
