Asset Management Associate

Role Overview
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate to join the Asset Management team. This individual manages telecom projects end-to-end, overseeing vendor coordination, customer communication, and process improvement. The role requires a strong background in lease review, vendor oversight, and telecom project management, with the ability to interpret and negotiate real estate leases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external telecom-related projects from initiation through completion.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring successful project delivery and satisfaction.

• Read, interpret, and enforce telecom lease agreements, supporting compliance and negotiation efforts.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.

• Conduct regular status updates and reporting for leadership and key stakeholders.

• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance operational performance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in telecom, project management, or commercial real estate.

• Strong understanding of lease agreements and related legal and financial principles.

• Ability to interpret engineering documents and telecom infrastructure standards.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
