We are seeking an experienced and outstanding Administrative Assistant who will provide administrative support to the Grantee Support Services leadership and team.
Reporting to the Program Operations Manager you will:
• Provide assistance to the Grantee Support Services team including scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, ordering supplies and processing invoices, expense reports, and time sheets.
• Coordinate logistics for workshops, training events, and other designated meetings.
• Enter invoice requests and processing per established process. Process contracts and amendments according to purchasing policies and procedures.
• Revise division documents including but not limited to manuals and training materials, and updating division’s materials within Outlook public folders.
• Assist with clerical related duties for the division such as photocopying, faxing, filing, collating and data entry.
• Assist with drafting of routine division correspondents such as memos, letters, and emails.
• Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly and take messages as needed.
