Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at our clinic in Troy, MI. The BCBA will assess, develop, and implement individualized behavior programs to support clients in achieving their developmental and therapeutic goals. Tasks include conducting functional behavior assessments, supervising behavior intervention plans, training and supporting parents and caregivers, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to monitor and optimize outcomes. The BCBA will also provide guidance and supervision to behavior technicians.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
- Knowledge and experience in Behavior Management and conducting Functional Behavior Assessments
- Strong skills in Parent Education and training caregivers to ensure the continuity of care
- Background in Psychology relevant to behavioral health
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team environment
- Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges is preferred
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
