Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional behavioral health services. As a BCBA, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorders. Your role will focus on conducting comprehensive assessments, designing effective behavior intervention strategies, and providing clinical supervision to behavior technicians. Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral challenges and underlying causes.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on data collection and client needs.
  • Perform behavioral psychological assessments and interpret results to inform intervention strategies.
  • Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians ensuring adherence to ABA principles and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and support client progress across settings such as home, school, and community environments.
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate medical documentation, client records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Lead intake assessments for new clients, ensuring comprehensive understanding of each child's unique needs and goals.
  • Support clients through behavioral health interventions tailored for children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disabilities.

Experience

  • Proven experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings, particularly with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays.
  • Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), including behavior intervention techniques and functional assessments such as FBA.
  • Experience conducting behavioral health evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and working within medical documentation standards.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, electronic health records (EHR), and confidentiality requirements under HIPAA.
  • Home-based behavioral experience is highly valued, along with school experience supporting children with neurodevelopmental disorders.
  • Prior clinical supervision or mentorship experience working with behavior technicians or junior staff is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for client assessment updates, team collaboration, and family engagement in treatment planning.

Pay: $72,670.38 - $87,517.02 per year
