StarShine Crew is hiring two dependable Commercial Cleaners for permanent, long-term part-time positions.
This position is 15–19 hours per week. We are specifically looking for candidates who WANT a long-term part-time schedule. This is not a temporary position.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Approximately 3:00 PM–6:00 PM
- 15–19 hours per week
- Consistent weekday schedule
- Permanent, part-time position
About the Position
We are looking for reliable team members who are interested in staying with StarShine Crew long term. This position is best suited for someone who specifically wants consistent part-time afternoon work and is comfortable maintaining a 15–19 hour weekly schedule.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine commercial cleaning duties
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Wipe and disinfect surfaces
- Maintain assigned areas according to company cleaning standards
- Complete assigned duties within the scheduled shift
- Follow cleaning procedures and instructions consistently
Requirements
- Must be consistently available Monday through Friday during afternoon hours
- Must be comfortable with a permanent schedule of 15–19 hours per week
- Must be seeking stable, long-term part-time employment
- Dependable and punctual
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
