Part-time Sundays 4–6 hours per week
StarShine Crew is hiring a dependable bilingual cleaner for our recurring Sunday factory cleaning crew. This is a consistent weekend position with training provided.
You’ll need to communicate in English and Spanish with factory workers about cleaning tasks and instructions.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and assigned areas
- Remove trash, sweep, and clean floors
- Follow cleaning procedures and directions from the Cleaning Lead
- Work with the crew to complete the facility to company standards
- Communicate with factory workers in English and Spanish as needed
Requirements
- Available consistently every Sunday
- Able to communicate in English and Spanish
- Reliable transportation, punctuality, and dependability
- Comfortable performing physical cleaning work for 4–6 hours
- Able to work efficiently with a team
- Cleaning experience preferred; training provided
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning, including corners, edges, and hard-to-reach areas.
Pay and schedule
- $16 per hour
- Approximately 4–6 hours each Sunday
- Typically two 4-hour Sundays and two 6-hour Sundays per month
- Paid training
- Opportunities for additional hours and advancement as available
This is a long-term recurring position, not a one-time cleaning job.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4.0 – 6.0 per week
