Are you an experienced HVAC professional looking to take your career to the next level? We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee and execute the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems with precision, quality, and efficiency. You'll work closely with managers, technicians, and clients to ensure installations are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. What You’ll Do
- Install a wide range of residential HVAC systems (furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, attic/vertical splits, ductwork)
- Ensure all installations are completed efficiently, accurately, and meet code and manufacturer standards
- Perform system start-up and verification to ensure proper operation
- Maintain clear communication with team members, management, and dispatch
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout each installation
- Accurately complete installation documentation (work orders, reports, equipment tracking)
- Maintain and care for company-provided vehicle and tools
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Mentor apprentices and support their development
- Stay current on industry best practices through company-provided training
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA Universal Certification (Required)
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- High attention to detail and accountability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive, team-oriented, and adaptable mindset
- Bilingual is a plus!
Must be able to pass a background check, and drug tests prior to and throughout employment
