Job Title: Overnight LVN / LPT Part Time Division/Program: Joshua Tree: Morongo Oasis Crisis Residential Treatment Starting Compensation: 30.00 - 35.00 USD Per Hour Working Location: Joshua Tree, CA Working Hours/Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Rotating two nights a week) Why Join Our Team? Employee Recognition & Rewards: A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedication What you bring to SBHG (Qualifications): Education and Experience Valid California Driver’s License Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid California LVN or LPT license. Graduation from an accredited school of licensed vocational nursing or psychiatric technology required. Associate's degree, preferred One (1) year service experience treating the mentally ill in an inpatient setting. One (1) year medication administration experience required. Current CPR certification. First Aid certification from persons qualified by agencies including but not limited to the American Red Cross. How you will make a difference: The LVN / LPT is responsible for providing direct client care, including medication administration and supervising the nursing activities of unit staff. Key duties include ordering, preparing, and documenting medications according to physician orders and confirming pharmacy deliveries. The role also requires communicating important information to the team, writing weekly client summaries as assigned, and maintaining accurate nursing documentation throughout the shift. This position also performs other related duties as needed. Division/Program Overview: The Crisis Residential Treatment (CRT) is a short-term voluntary residential facility. Designed to help adult residents, ages 18-59, who experience a psychiatric crisis to safely stabilize, recover, and transition back to community.
