Furnished rental and property management company is seeking a reliable and responsible maintenance/handyman team member to assist with day-to-day maintenance at properties throughout the Boston area.

This position is ideal for someone with basic handyman skills, good problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills. You must be comfortable working independently, following directions, and interacting professionally with guests and residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to basic maintenance calls
• Visiting properties to assess maintenance issues and determine what is needed
• Unclogging sinks and bathtubs
• Changing batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
• Installing and replacing blinds
• Installing and removing window air conditioners
• Handling minor repairs and basic maintenance
• Reporting larger or more complicated issues to the maintenance supervisor
• Communicating professionally with guests and residents
• Following up to make sure assigned work has been completed properly

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic handyman/maintenance experience
• Responsible, reliable, and dependable
• Able to work independently
• Able to follow instructions and communicate clearly
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Comfortable entering occupied furnished rental properties and interacting with guests
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Compensation: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience
Vehicle: Company vehicle provided for work-related travel

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up when scheduled, communicates well, and can be trusted to represent our company professionally while working at our properties.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 46.0 per week
