What You Bring To SBHG
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Administration or equivalent related field required
Experience
- Five (5) years experience in a leadership role in a health care or social services setting required.
- Valid California Driver's License required
- Coordinates management duties and responsibilities of self and Directors and other managers with the Assistant/Senior Regional Administrator.
- Assures compliance with Federal, State, County and local regulations pertaining to the operation of outpatient, crisis residential, and other programs, and is responsible for informing appropriate staff of applicable additions, deletions, or changes to such regulations.
- Develops, implements, and monitors the operational budget and its capital expenditures.
- Selects, supervises and evaluates management and support staff reporting to him/her, delegating them with supervisory authority over personnel assigned to their departments, as applicable.
- Develops, negotiates, implements and monitors all contractual agreements with outside contractors and vendors.
- Supervises all corrective or disciplinary actions, including termination.
- Assists in development, implements and monitors new programs as developed by the Assistant/Senior Regional Administrator.
- Participates in the agency’s and SBHG’s Total Quality Management and Continuous Quality Improvement systems which support compliance with Joint Commission and other accreditation standards as applicable.
- Provides leadership oversight for Central Region Outpatient programs
- Leads and supports Directors and management teams across multiple service lines
- Drives strategic planning, program development, and operational excellence
- Promotes staff growth and continuous quality improvement initiatives
