Local Company seeking a Recruiter with strong Administrative & Recruiting Skills.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement new sourcing methods to attract candidates and generate leads
- Coordinate with management to determine current and future hiring needs
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality candidates
- Utilize various recruitment tools and methods to build a qualified and diverse candidate pool
- Perform in-house drug testing and background checks
- Answer multiple ongoing calls and maintain effective communication with candidates and clients
- Take initiative to complete other assigned administrative duties
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
Skills/Education Required:
- Recruiting experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bilingual preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing as a team player
