Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Food Runner will support the seamless flow of food service by ensuring dishes are delivered from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include organizing and expediting orders, assisting servers by ensuring the table is equipped with the correct items, and maintaining cleanliness in the service area. The Food Runner will also work with the team to uphold exceptional customer service and enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage experience to uphold quality standards
- Proficiency as an Expeditor, ensuring swift and accurate organization and delivery of orders
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
- A proactive approach to teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
