To love like family, we require all staff to attend all staff meetings, department meetings and serve with a willing heart especially at all major campus events. This is a requirement for all Food Services staff to work Easter, Mother’s Day, Kids Conf, YE, Back to School Preview Day, COP, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

- You will be required to complete all necessary training as provided by management/trainers
- Take direction from chef and manager on duty
- Operate POS and Kitchen display system
- Safely handle equipment and tools provided
- Safely handle and serve hot food promptly
- The ability to carry a minimum of three plates with proper training
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line including restocking dishes
- Learn menu knowledge
- Clear and maintain dining room as needed
- Assist in clearing dishes in back kitchen area
- Ensure all lightbulbs are in working order and change as needed
- Maintain work area to meet quality and health standards
- Responsible to know and adhere to all grill handbook guidelines
- Become Safe Staff certified
- Opening and Closing side work
