Located in the heart of West Palm Beach’s NORA District, the 201-room boutique hotel is developed by Richard Born. Inspired by the glamour and effortless sophistication of the French Riviera, this rooftop destination offers a vibrant experience that seamlessly blends all-day dining, sunset cocktails, late-night energy, and poolside leisure.
The Rooftop at the Nora Hotel is searching for Restaurant Managers who will help maintain a seamless transition from elevated daytime dining and poolside service to a vibrant evening atmosphere, upholding the highest standards of hospitality throughout every guest touchpoint.
About the Role:
The Restaurant Manager will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of The Nora Hotel's rooftop restaurant, poolside food & beverage venue, and dynamic nightlife destination. Reporting to the General Manager, this position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, overseeing daily service execution, and ensuring operational excellence across all rooftop offerings. Success in this role requires a hands-on, hospitality-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating memorable guest experiences.

Desired Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of management experience in a high-volume, service-driven restaurant
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in high-volume environments within a hotel or resort setting
- Strong background in pool, day club, or resort-style operations
- Experience in rooftop or destination-driven concepts preferred
- Excellent communication, critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Experience hiring, training, and mentoring a diverse hourly FOH staff
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change
- A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
