Located in the heart of West Palm Beach’s NORA District, the 201-room boutique hotel is developed by Richard Born. Inspired by the glamour and effortless sophistication of the French Riviera, this rooftop destination offers a vibrant experience that seamlessly blends all-day dining, sunset cocktails, late-night energy, and poolside leisure.
The Rooftop at The Nora Hotel is searching for a dynamic General Manager who will oversee the rooftop restaurant, poolside F&B operations, multiple bar programs, and a signature nightlife concept.
About the Role:
This position will oversee The Nora Hotel's rooftop restaurant, poolside food & beverage operations, multiple bar programs, and a one-of-a-kind nightlife concept. The role is responsible for managing a space that transitions throughout the day from elevated poolside dining to a high-energy evening and late-night destination, blending hospitality, entertainment, and experiential programming into a cohesive guest experience.
Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, this leader will own full operational and financial performance across all rooftop outlets, including P&L management, pre-opening execution, team building, and ongoing leadership development. The GM will partner closely with hotel leadership to integrate rooftop operations with overall hotel strategy, ensuring seamless service across guest types, occupancy patterns, and dayparts. Success in this role requires a hands-on operator who can balance luxury hotel standards, high-volume service, and nightlife execution while driving revenue, maintaining cost control, and delivering a consistent, immersive guest experience across all concepts.

Desired Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience
- Proven experience as a General Manager in multi-outlet, high-volume environments within a hotel or resort setting
- Strong background in pool, day club, or resort-style operations
- Experience balancing daytime service with high-energy evening and nightlife operations
- Experience in rooftop or destination-driven concepts preferred
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing complex, multi-revenue stream P&Ls
- Ability to lead large, diverse teams across multiple dayparts and service styles
