Independent House Cleaning Contractor (1099)

Position: Professional House Cleaner (1099 Contractor)

Pay: $25-$35 per hour tips (Potential earnings up to $2300 /week)

Hours: Flexible, typically 8 AM - 6 PM (Part-time or Full-time available)

1 years of professional house cleaning experience

Reliable vehicle that can accommodate all cleaning equipment

Clean residential houses, Airbnbs, vacation rentals, and staged homes

Perform thorough cleaning of kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms

Conduct pre-cleaning assessments to set client expectations

Work independently and efficiently

Communicate effectively via email and phone
