Requirements:Qualifications
To join our team, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- One year of professional experience teaching in a child care, daycare, or preschool setting (preferred)
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
- Registered with the Colorado Shines Program at a minimum Level 2 on PDIS (required)
- Must successfully pass background checks and a drug screening
