About the Role
Regionally and nationally recognized civil defense litigation firm is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This position offers a dynamic work environment in our downtown Mobile office located in the beautiful RSA Battle House Tower.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file pleadings in both federal and state courts, including the use of electronic filing systems such as Alafile, and Pacer.
- Organize and manage case files, exhibits, discovery documents, and large volumes of records.
- Summarizing deposition transcripts, records, and other critical documents in preparation for trial.
- Conduct legal research and analyze data including statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, and documents.
- Draft and issue non-party subpoenas.
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of trial preparation, including creation of trial binders and exhibit organization.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all case-related documentation and ongoing communication with attorneys and court staff.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience in civil litigation
- Strong knowledge of court rules and filing procedures in state and federal courts
- Proficiency in legal software tools (e.g., Lexis Nexis, Intapp or similar billing platforms, MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
