Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain accurate reservation records and assist with room assignments
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Process payments and manage billing accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
- Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing multi-line phone systems
- Assist with night audit responsibilities as needed to ensure smooth overnight operations
- Foster positive guest relations to promote repeat business and high satisfaction ratings
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or guest services within the hospitality industry
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
