Welder

We're a small, detail-driven fabrication shop that's growing fast — and we’re looking for a skilled, dedicated individual to expand our team. If you take pride in producing high-quality work and thrive in a dynamic shop environment, we want to hear from you.

• Proficient MIG Welding: Must be able to consistently perform high-quality MIG welding and metal finishing to StarksBuilt standards.
• Strong Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to following blueprints and ensuring every component meets precise specifications.
• Production Experience: Proven experience working efficiently in a production welding/fabrication environment.
• Positive & Team-Oriented: A constructive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the whole team.
• Professional Standards: Must be drug-free and possess a valid driver’s license.

• Weld & Fabricate Components: Accurately MIG weld and assemble metal parts such as railings, staircases, architectural, and structural steel components according to engineering prints and quality standards.
• Assembly & Finishing: Perform necessary grinding, cleaning, and finishing work to prepare products for coating or installation.
• Team Support: Pitch in with essential shop tasks including material handling, packaging, shipping, inventory organization, and general shop cleaning/maintenance.
• Adaptability is Key: This isn’t a strictly "hood-down" production line. You will be expected to efficiently manage time between fabrication tasks, but when you are welding, components must be finished on time and to the required quality standard.
• Installation Experience: Installation skills are a significant bonus but not required.
