Starkey is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential homes, apartments, and commercial facilities while mentoring and developing a skilled maintenance team. What You'll Do
- Lead maintenance operations across residential and commercial properties.
- Mentor, coach, and train technicians in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry trades.
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs and respond to emergency repair needs.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to support facility improvements and major projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and regulatory standards.
- Play a key role in supporting Starkey's mission and the individuals we serve.
What You'll Bring
- 7 years of residential and commercial property maintenance experience.
- EPA Universal Certification (required).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
- Leadership, mentoring, or technical training experience.
- A passion for developing others and building high-performing teams.
