Stark Carpet in Calhoun GA is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Samples Order Clerk team to join our team. The Samples Order Clerk is responsible for supporting sample distribution operations by accurately processing orders, preparing materials, and coordinating with internal teams. This role ensures timely and precise handling of sample requests to support sales, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Schedule: Monday – Friday,8:00AM-4:30PM

Hiring/Retention Bonus up to $1,000 within the first year!

- Print and verify data labels to ensure accuracy for all sample distributions
- Enter and manage sample allocation orders for stock replenishment
- Process CFA (Customer for Approval) orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate with Cut Tables to ensure proper preparation and fulfillment of orders
- Collaborate with Fabrication teams on technique sample requests
- Pull, label, pack, and ship samples according to company standards
- Maintain organized records of sample orders and inventory movements
- Ensure all shipments meet quality and accuracy standards before dispatch
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in order processing, warehouse operations, or sample management preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Warehouse or office environment with frequent handling of materials
- May require standing, lifting, and packing items for extended periods
