The ideal candidate has prior carpet installation or fabrication experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing exceptional work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Rug Fabrication & Production:
- Fabricate rugs in the shop according to STARK standards.
- Complete assigned fabrication tasks accurately, efficiently, and with strong attention to quality.
- Review daily production needs and priorities with the team.
- Production Tracking & Documentation:
- Log all completed tasks with accurate timestamps.
- Maintain clear documentation of work completed to support production tracking and workflow visibility.
- Safety, Tools & Equipment:
- Use STARK-provided tools and machinery in a safe and responsible manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company safety procedures and shop standards at all times.
- Team Collaboration & Daily Workflow:
- Participate in daily meetings to review production schedules and priorities.
- Work collaboratively with the fabrication and warehouse teams to meet production expectations.
- Arrive on time and perform tasks in an efficient and dependable manner.
- Delivery & Onsite Support:
- Occasionally assist the STARK delivery team with product deliveries.
- Perform onsite labor as needed to support client delivery or installation-related needs.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of carpet installation, rug fabrication, or related hands-on flooring experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Must be able to get to and from the NJ Warehouse each day.
- Ability to work safely while using tools, machinery, and shop equipment.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and follow daily production schedules.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to complete tasks efficiently in a production environment.
