Ashley Stark Home is seeking a creative, entrepreneurial, and social media–savvy Brand Manager to help shape the next chapter of our brand. Working directly with Ashley Stark, you’ll capture and create engaging content, manage our digital presence, and build partnerships that expand our reach in the luxury lifestyle and interiors space.

This is a rare opportunity to own and grow a brand alongside a creative industry leader. You’ll get to be hands-on, shape the voice and presence of Ashley Stark Home, and make a real impact every single day.
Location: New York, NY (hybrid: home, showroom, and office presence required).
Compensation: $80,000 base, commensurate with experience.

What You’ll Do
- Create TikTok- and Instagram-style content featuring Ashley, the showroom, and our products.
- Keep our website fresh with new products, collaborations, and curated lifestyle picks.
- Manage influencer outreach, gifting, and partnerships to grow the brand.
- Be on-site (home, showroom, or shoots) multiple times per week to capture content and support Ashley.
- Act as the go-to person for all things Ashley Stark Home branding, while collaborating with the Stark Carpet marketing team.
- A natural content creator with strong video and social media skills.
- Someone confident editing and posting content in Reels/TikTok style.
- Experience managing digital platforms (Shopify experience preferred).
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working directly with Ashley in a fast-moving environment.
- A love for luxury lifestyle and interiors.
