Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Veeva RIM Consultant to support regulatory data remediation and Veeva RIM initiatives for a leading pharmaceutical client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Veeva RIM, regulatory information management, and data quality, along with experience supporting digital transformation and automation initiatives within a regulated life sciences environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regulatory data remediation activities within Veeva RIM.
- Configure, maintain, and support Veeva RIM applications.
- Support regulatory information management processes and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve regulatory data quality and compliance.
- Assist with Veeva RIM reporting, dashboards, and KPI development.
- Support integrations between Veeva Quality and Veeva RIM.
- Participate in SDLC activities, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
- Contribute to AI and automation initiatives to streamline regulatory processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and documentation requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Veeva RIM (Required).
- Experience performing regulatory data remediation.
- Knowledge of IDMP and Pharmacovigilance Management System (PMS) (Required).
- Experience with eCTD submissions and regulatory publishing.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with AI and process automation initiatives.
- Knowledge of integrations between Veeva Quality and Veeva RIM.
- Experience creating and analyzing Veeva RIM reports and KPIs.
- Experience working in a regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
