Requirements:
- Interest in obtaining a valid State of Wisconsin Real Estate License (if you don’t have one, we can help)
- Self starter with a high level of drive and ambition to succeed
- Excellent communication skills
- A willingness to learn, coupled with a belief that you can improve with hard work and practice
- A strong desire to serve others
- Belief in yourself and your capacity for success
Compensation
- Variable income, 100% commission
- Full time
- Agents with two or more years of experience average over $100,000
- Our top quartile averages over $250,000.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
