Tumbling Program Leader (Full-Time) – MSGA
About the Role
MSGA is seeking a passionate, driven, and organized Tumbling Program Leader to oversee and grow our tumbling program. This is a leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, developing staff, and driving enrollment and engagement through exceptional programming.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Program Leadership & Growth
- Develop and implement a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate tumbling curriculum with year-round themes
- Drive enrollment growth and retention through programming, events, and strong customer experience
- Monitor program health using data (iClass reports) and make strategic, data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation and conversion strategies
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop all Tumbling Coaches
- Assist in hiring, training, evaluating, and, when necessary, offboarding staff
- Maintain a fully staffed schedule and manage coverage needs
- Conduct regular staff meetings and employee development meetings (EDMs)
Operations & Execution
- Create and distribute weekly lesson plans for coaches
- Maintain accurate records of staff certifications (CPR, First Aid, USAG, etc.)
- Implement skill tracking systems within iClass
- Evaluate class schedules and identify opportunities to expand or consolidate offerings
Customer Experience
- Ensure every class delivers on our promise:
- “The Best Hour of Their Week”
- Address and resolve all family concerns within 36 hours
- Foster a positive, high-energy, and safe environment for athletes and families
Key Performance Expectations
- Maintain 40% trial conversion rate
- Achieve an eNPS score of 20 from your team
- Consistently align decisions with company strategy and goals
- Actively participate in leadership and planning meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience coaching gymnastics or tumbling, even if in a dance or cheer setting (multi-level experience preferred)
- Ability to manage people, systems, and schedules effectively
- Passion for youth development and team building
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
Additional Expectations
- Teach at least 5 classes per week
- Maintain all required certifications
- Be a culture leader who inspires, mentors, and develops others
