One of our clients has engaged STARDUST GENERAL CONSULTING SERVICES LLC to identify an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Employee Relations Professional to support a large industrial operation in the Monroe, Louisiana vicinity.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on Employee Relations matters.
• Conduct workplace investigations and document findings thoroughly and objectively.
• Resolve employee concerns, workplace conflicts, and policy-related issues.
• Coach supervisors and managers on employee relations, performance management, and corrective actions.
• Support disciplinary processes while ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance.
• Administer and advise on FMLA, ADA, and other leave and accommodation matters.
• Partner with HR leadership to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
• Support compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.

We're seeking an HR professional who brings:

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated Employee Relations experience.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Performance management and employee coaching experience.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and employment law.
• Excellent communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build credibility with employees and leaders at all levels.
