About the OpportunityOne of our clients has engaged STARDUST GENERAL CONSULTING SERVICES LLC to identify an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Employee Relations Professional to support a large industrial operation in the Monroe, Louisiana vicinity.

What You'll Do- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on Employee Relations matters.
- Conduct workplace investigations and document findings thoroughly and objectively.
- Resolve employee concerns, workplace conflicts, and policy-related issues.
- Coach supervisors and managers on employee relations, performance management, and corrective actions.
- Support disciplinary processes while ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance.
- Administer and advise on FMLA, ADA, and other leave and accommodation matters.
- Partner with HR leadership to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
We're seeking an HR professional who brings:
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated Employee Relations experience.
- Experience conducting workplace investigations.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Performance management and employee coaching experience.
- Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and employment law.
- Excellent communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build credibility with employees and leaders at all levels.
