Responsibilities

• Greet guests arriving during overnight hours with warmth and professionalism, providing excellent guest services at all times
• Manage the night audit process by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating guest accounts, and preparing reports for management review
• Handle all front desk duties including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries with efficiency and courtesy
• Maintain accurate records using multi-line phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette when communicating with guests and staff
• Monitor security cameras, conduct safety checks around the property, and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies
• Assist guests with special requests or concerns to ensure a positive experience throughout their stay
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues affecting guest comfort or safety

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel operations, or front desk roles within a resort or hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of night audit procedures and guest services best practices
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions and communication
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining composure under pressure
• Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems preferred
• Prior experience in guest relations, security procedures, or hospitality management is advantageous
