Foundry North, a full-service digital agency within the Star Tribune, is seeking a Head of Agency Success & Operations at our Minneapolis MN. headquarters—a strategic leader who will serve as the agency’s “Commercial Integrator,” aligning revenue goals with operational execution to ensure every client commitment is delivered with precision, accountability, and measurable impact. Sitting at the intersection of sales, strategy, and execution, this systems-minded operator builds and refines the frameworks, workflows, and measurement systems that enable scalable growth, high-quality delivery, and clear revenue attribution. They own performance accountability, ensuring every client investment is tied to credible outcomes, while optimizing internal processes and cross-functional collaboration to maintain a high-touch service model. As a cultural bridge between sales and operations, they mentor teams to operate with a shared language—balancing ambition with feasibility and treating execution as a creative discipline grounded in technical rigor—ultimately driving agency growth while upholding the mission and impact of local journalism.

Responsibilities
- Model and guide the team in balancing ambitious sales with operational feasibility.
- Own and evolve measurement frameworks that clearly demonstrate impact.
- Lead revenue attribution efforts to ensure every client investment is tracked, validated, and translated into compelling success stories.
- Design and refine the agency’s operating cadence.
- Optimize workflows, improve hand-offs, and ensure scalability while maintaining precision and a high-touch client experience.
- Foster a unified language between sales and operations teams.
- Coach team members to view execution as a creative discipline and strategy as grounded in technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of leadership in a digital agency. You have enough "Sales" in you to feel the urgency of a deal and enough "Ops" in you to know exactly why a specific pixel strategy is the key to that deal’s success
- Deep experience with DMPs, CDPs, and multi-touch attribution. You don’t just look at data; you use it to tell a compelling story of client growth and revenue impact.
- Proven track record of scaling teams or agency service lines by building systems that empower people rather than slowing them down.
- Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TM, CPT, OPT, etc.). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is $120,350 - $154,050/year.
Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
