Paralegal - Family Law

Santa Rosa, CA

Direct Hire

Schedule is Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

Compensation, $78-$83k /yr DOE

The position will support up to 4 attorneys. Our client is looking for a candidate with family law background (ideally in Sonoma County).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, filing motions, organizing case files, and new client intake
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
• Manage client communication
• Maintain and update client files, ensuring confidentiality, and accuracy
• Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, and handling correspondence
  
  

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a family law Paralegal
• Strong understanding of family law procedures in California (Sonoma County preferred)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
