Job Description
Star Staffing is seeking a hands-on associate to work with computers and electronic accessories, including testing, cleaning, and processing incoming inventory. The role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to carefully handle electronic equipment.
M-F 8am-4:30pm
$17-$18 hr
- Test computer accessories, primarily keyboards and computer mice, to ensure they are functioning properly and meet quality standards.
- Inspect and identify issues with equipment and accessories, including basic troubleshooting when necessary.
- Clean and prepare electronic equipment, including computers, keyboards, mice, cell phones, and other accessories, for resale or further processing.
- Receive and process incoming shipments, including unloading, organizing, counting, and inspecting items for damage or discrepancies.
- Organize inventory and ensure products are stored in the appropriate locations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Comfortable working with computers and electronic accessories.
- Ability to handle electronic equipment carefully and responsibly.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- IT Hardware Experience preferably Mac or Apple.
