Star Speech & OT serves the Star, ID community and surrounding areas. We are searching for an additional Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist to add to our team.

Star Speech OT & CranioSacral provides a supportive team-approach atmosphere. Paid healthcare, 401k matching, licensure reimbursement, paid cancellations, 8 holidays, and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and OMT evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to support communication, social skills, and Orofacial myofunctional skills
  • Educate and collaborate with families/caregivers on strategies for carryover and home support
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and treatment data
  • Work closely with occupational therapists and other team members to support interdisciplinary care
  • Communicate progress, concerns, and recommendations clearly and compassionately

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Trained or Certified in OMT
  • Current Idaho SLP license
  • Pediatric experience
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team
  • Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to lifelong learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
