Responsibilities
- Monitor M365 product updates in the Government Community Cloud (GCC).
- Analyze the impact of updates on the State of Michigan’s M365 environment.
- Recommend configuration settings consistent with organizational standards and policies.
- Develop technical documentation and user guides.
- Collaborate with M365 working groups, Microsoft representatives, and the Enterprise SharePoint team.
- Support day-to-day operations of SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and other M365 tools.
- Strong experience in M365 administration and configuration.
- Understanding of M365 implementation within Microsoft GCC.
- Ability to assess and manage the impact of product changes in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in preparing clear technical documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing content in SharePoint and Teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
