We are looking to hire a dynamic Junior Project Manager / Scrum Lead to perform as Scrum Master for 2–3 teams and collaborate with business stakeholders on processes and procedures. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in Agile environments.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for 2–3 scrum teams.
- Coordinate sprints and ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
- Coach teams in the Scrum framework, self-management, and cross-functionality.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration using JIRA, Confluence, and MS Teams.
- Partner with product owners and business analysts to maintain a prioritized backlog covering 2–3 sprints.
- Remove impediments to team progress and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards each sprint.
- Track and report key performance metrics.
- Support quarterly planning processes.
- Promote Scrum best practices and mentor teams to improve maturity.
- Manage conflict resolution within teams.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Scrum Master experience (3–5 years) in an Agile environment.
- Coaching multiple teams in Scrum practices and cross-functionality (3–5 years).
- Hands-on knowledge of JIRA and Confluence (3–5 years).
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum framework, artifacts, and Agile processes.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams concurrently.
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); MS Teams preferred.
- Scrum Master and/or PMP certification is a plus.
