In a typical office, you are required to go out and find your own book of business – this job will allow you to expand exponentially faster, as I will offer listings of my own for you to show with a competitive commission split. I simply do not have the bandwidth to take care of it all on my own. With 17 years in the business, I am seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Real Estate Agent / Assistant to support a fast-paced real estate business. The ideal candidate is already working in real estate in Boston (or has in the past), has an active license, and is ready to hit the ground running. This position involves assisting with client relations, marketing, and day-to-day operational support.
